We have completed and releasing today our first ever "no-brainer winner" application. It is literally oozing with the prerequisits of success. The Web auction market is huge and already exists. No education of product or need of product is required. There is absolutely no competition and the technology is dead simple to use and requires no special setup or expensive programmer.
I have talked to many auction sellers and and they are panting to sign up and pay for what we have concocted: to bring their businesses back to their websites AND inject some powerful impulse sales into the mix. It boggles the mind when you start to count and find out just how popular they are and how big the already existing market is. We know of a baseball card store in Casper Wyoming that we have followed for 3 years. They have just recently closed their leased store space and are selling exclusively on Ebay. This story is repeated in many different product categories all over the Country and World.
We call our service the Auction Collector and operate it under our domain at www.thelatestandgreatest.com. This has all the qualities of success. It provides service with no competition to an area of the Web that is growing by leaps and bounds. It requires no fancy hardware, programmers or special conditions. And best of all there is a screaming need for this today!
It is a quick application that in its' BASIC setup @ $19.95 via a JAVA applet running on our server and plain vanilla HTML on our customers webpage, email or attachmemnt produces a fully featured and linked grid of every item in every auction our client has subscribed to. And, what's more the items are automatically kept up to date with regards to last bid, expiry time etc. Right off the bat our client can easily display this on their Web pages or even send it in email as a living up-to-date e-catalog.
We have also developed a PROFESSIONAL services version that in addition to the above features and benefits provides the ability to not show all your items in the grid. Organize by creating your own categories AND the stellar feature of the application. The automatic creation of live up-to-date auction item banner and badges. The banners and badges can be placed on any site (they too are simple HTML), sent in email or attached anywhere. They will link to the actual auction item page where a bid can be placed in the usual fashion. These banner/badges will always also display the correct last bid and auction end time. We are allowing our customers to show all their items per auction on a random rotating basis or highlight specific items. When an item expires at the auction the banner will automatically redirect to the customers home page.
All of this code is proprietary and adds great flexibility and service to a market that already exists. As you are probably aware Ebay alone boasts well over a million userids alone. This will work with all auction services. We have enabled Ebay and Yahoo to start and will add others as our customers request.
